Unwanted Follower

So, it seems I’ve acquired a new follower. Normally this is a good thing.

Not this time. This one’s a Russian sex spammer (an actual blog page, not just a bot).

I can’t find any instructions via blogspot’s pages on how to remove followers, though it hints it can be done.

Anyone out there have any ideas, other than sending in for support?
