Zoria is a minor agricultural world. Though it has a very low population, its farm systems are very efficient, producing output far beyond equivalent worlds. The world’s governments are each different, competing farm ‘collectives’, or farm associations. Many government functions are run jointly, except for trade and import regulations. On most other worlds this would create a confusing morass of rules and regulations, but on Zoria it is handled with speed and efficiency.

The system itself has abundant resources, and a number of worlds are being mined or surveyed. This wealth has been noticed by some pirates in the region, and raids have been on the rise. The government is looking into the situation, but in this case the triple government is getting in the way of a quick resolution…
