Phalguni is an unimportant, backwater system. Other than a productive planetoid belt and an outer world with a beautiful system of rings, there is little to recommend the world, for either tourists or merchants.
Those visitors who do make the trek out to the system’s sixth planet are in for a treat. Even though the central star is rather dim, enough light reaches this world to illuminate its impressive ring system. The sight is impressive enough to draw in the rich and elite from the region, most of whom jump straight to this world, rather than visit the unimpressive main world.
The outer worlds of the system are essentially unexplored. A basic survey has been completed, of course, but it is years out of date. The system overall has drawn little additional interest, largely due to the lack of infrastrucure on Phalguni to support long term exploration or mining operations in the system.
