Kraeki is a minor world in a minor system. Located on a lesser trade route, the world still sees significant traffic. The world’s shipyard performs a good quantity of ship maintenance each year, and does manufacture a limited number of small craft, usually limited to launches and shuttles.
Kraeki’s three governments do not get along, though there have been no true conflicts in recent decades. All three governments share a border with the neutrally run starport, and the associated startown is a hotbed of political intrigue and spycraft. This isn’t saying much on Kraeki, as the total population is well under 10 million. Still, there are frequent reports of attempted abductions, shootings, and other assorted issues, most of which are reported as being related to “spy activity”. In reality, most of these reports are centered around the usual issues associated with a startown area.
The remainder of the system is generally ignored, though there is a minor settlement on one of the outer worlds. As there is no gas giant, nor planetoid belts, in the system, most refueling is performed at Kraeki’s Highport.
